**EXPERIENCED PAINTER**

**We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team.**

The experienced painter will lead and coordinate painting projects, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards and that clients are satisfied with the final product.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and coordinate painting projects including planning and execution of painting jobs.
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling and priming.
- Ensure that work is completed to the highest standards and that the client is satisfied with the final product.
- Communicate with clients and Superintendents to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring that they are in good working condition.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered on all painting projects.
- Train and mentor junior painters on painting techniques and industry standards.
- Strategize and plan the day to day activities of the painting crew
- Ensure the project stays within budget.
- Make use of all required softwares to streamline communication and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the painting industry, preferred 5 years plus.
- Excellent knowledge of painting techniques, materials and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team setting.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior painters.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints is preferred
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Positive attitude and teamwork mentality is a must

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Seasonal, Freelance
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: $3,100.00-$7,000.00 per month
