What We're Looking For

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented painters who take pride in their work. Ideal candidates have:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience
  • Experience in interior and/or exterior painting
  • Ability to prep, cut, roll, spray, and deliver clean, high-quality results
  • Own transportation
  • Professional attitude and strong customer service
  • For subcontractors: own tools, equipment, and insurance

Responsibilities

  • Surface preparation (patching, sanding, caulking, priming)
  • Interior and exterior painting using rollers, brushes, or sprayers
  • Maintaining clean and organized work areas
  • Ensuring jobs are completed on schedule
  • Communicating professionally with clients and team leads
  • Following ECP quality standards on every project
