Front Desk Receptionist

We’re looking for a positive team member who is committed to the development and growth of our dealership.

As our full-time Front Desk Receptionist you play a crucial role in providing our customers an exceptional experience with our dealership by creating a warm environment and positive experience through your approach in welcoming customers, handling phones, attending to customer needs and performing cashier duties as required.

**Responsibilities**
Answering and directing customer calls
- Tracking customer sales calls and walk ins
- Payment transactions
- Licensing
- Filing
- Arranging Drivers
- Ordering of supplies
- Accounting functions (entering information)

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations is advantageous
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License and a clean driver’s record

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
