**Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet walk-ins warmly and professionally, providing excellent customer service.
- Answer phone calls and respond accordingly.
- Schedule showing appointments
- Maintain client/agent feedback
- Maintain social media presence
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, typing, and proofreading documents.
- Website upkeep
- Various office tasks as required
- Utilize computerized systems for all real estate aspects
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must have social media knowledge (creating, cross posting etc)
- Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Canva
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficient in administrative tasks including filing, typing, and proofreading.
- Familiarity with computerized scheduling systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.50-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 - 8 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Every Weekend
