**Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, local attractions, and other relevant information.
- Handle reservations and modifications through phone systems and online platforms.
- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in the hotel management system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to guests.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling phone systems effectively.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday

- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
