**Equity, diversity and inclusion**
Reporting to the Director of People and Culture, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the whole recruitment cycle for all vacant positions. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will build relationships and partnerships with managers to develop strategies for sourcing exceptional talent, and will have a substantial impact in supporting Alvéole's growth.
This is a permanent full-time, hybrid, position. The position is governed according to the policies in effect at Alvéole.
**Role and responsibilities**
- Lead & manage the full cycle of the recruitment process.
- Implement effective job promotion initiatives and research appropriate/specialized platforms to attract the right profiles.
- Collaborate with senior management to forecast staffing needs in all departments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with department managers; understand their issues and needs and support them in their talent acquisition and HR marketing strategies.
- Develop scorecards and train internal partners on their use.
- Contribute to talent density management and actively participate in various projects and initiatives related to talent management.
**Required skills**
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations or related field. At least 3 years' experience as a recruiter.
- Mastery of recruitment and sourcing techniques.
- Strong sense of initiative.
- Persuasive nature and strong negotiation skills.
- Rigorous and keen observational skills.
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative and autonomous skills.
- Meticulous and highly organized.
- Adaptable, versatile and flexible.
- Thrives under pressure and is an effective multitasker.
- Perfect bilingualism (must deal with employees in Canada and the USA).
- Knowledge of Mac ecosystems (Apple) and Google tools is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel).
