ERA Group Inc. is a Montreal-based manufacturer of plastic toys, tools and storage supplies. We’re proud to be local and use recycled plastics with the goal of producing products that are durable, affordable, and sustainable.

We’re on the hunt foran experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to perform full-cycle recruitment, in addition to other employee onboarding-related duties as required.
- Work closely with ERA’s leadership team and hiring managers to support recruitment needs
- Develop and implement recruiting processes to fit the needs of each job vacancy and department need
- Source hard-to-find talent on various professional networking platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed etc.)
- etc.)
- Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions (including Career Centers) to help facilitate recruitment for full-time and internship opportunities
- Negotiate and extend employment offers
- Work with head hunters & personnel agencies, as required
- Contribute to other HR and company functions as required

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills in English and French
- 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment manufacturing environment an asset
- Proactive and self-motivated with a sense of urgency

**Salary**: $56,005.00-$59,983.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- MONTRÉAL, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
