Here's how a(n) Relocation Coordinator & Project Admin for our QEII Hospital Project contributes to our team:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to all internal and external employee relocations for the QEII Hospital Project.
- Assisting employees in relocation and integration to the community by, sourcing temporary living accommodations and providing information with other location resources such as day-care, health-care support options, and other family supports.
- Support relocation team in drafting and communication of relocation agreements, working closely with human resources, payroll and the project team throughout the process.
- Supports day-to-day project operations by performing administrative tasks for direct manager, project departments, and relocation team.
- Develops and maintains customer-focused relationships with all stakeholders.
- General office administration such as answering and redirecting telephone calls, booking meeting rooms, greeting clients and visitors, and following security requirements for office visits, inventory checks of office supplies and placing orders, mail distribution and courier requests as needed.
- Assists with coordinating meetings and events, including arranging for catering, booking locations, and distributing information.
- Assists with coordination of employee training and training records.
- Liaison with building landlord.
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree, diploma or certificate in office administration program considered an asset.
- Experience in relocation services, administration, or similar field.
- Working knowledge of Halifax, Nova Scotia rental & housing market and local supports (e.g., day-care, healthcare resources, etc.) considered a strong asset.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to change.
- Ability to act with discretion when handling confidential information.
- Ability to effectively handle difficult situations and remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to create, edit, proofread, and format documents/presentations.
- Intermediate skills in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe, and OneNote.
