We are a fast-growing modern and independent boutique Real Estate Brokerage focused on providing an unparalleled client service experience while helping our agents achieve success.

We are now here in Ottawa and we are looking for a professional administrative assistant who is extremely detail-oriented, organized and dedicated to providing excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- **Processing real estate deals and transactions via Lone Wolf**:

- Accounting and trade overview
- Canva and social media management (Instagram/FB/Tik Tok) & marketing and promotions (an asset)
- Processing payment of commissions to agents
- Updating and uploading listings on MLS
- Coordinating schedules, calendars and meetings
- Preparing offers, amendments and waivers
- Data Entry
- Track transactions for each agent
- Knowledge of real estate industry will be considered an asset
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Experience with Lone Wolf an asset
- Strong interpersonal, and relationship management skills
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent coordination, creativity, time management and organization skills
- Self-motivated, works well independently, and willing to take initiative

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Casual, Freelance
Part-time hours: 15-30 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ottawa, ON K1Y 0L5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in ETOBICOKE, ON
