Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct property showings and tours for potential buyers
- List properties for sale by gathering listing information and photos
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale
- Market properties through various channels to maximize exposure
- Manage property listings and update information regularly
- Provide guidance and assistance to clients on property management matters

Qualifications:

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously
- Proficiency in administrative tasks related to real estate transactions
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele
- Prior experience in real estate or related field is preferred
