Our company is growing our Sales Team and we are recruiting for Account Managers. We are seeking outgoing, personable individuals who have a track record in sales excellence and who are passionate about contributing to corporate growth by achieving/exceeding sales targets. You will be working both independently and within a team environment achieving a common goal of strengthening relationships with our existing database or developing new customers. This position is based internally at the Head Office in Simcoe, Ontario.

**Job Description**:

- planning efficient daily activities
- obtain and submit orders, increase orders, and call volume
- keeps management informed through verbal and written communication, reports and analysis
- act as an intermediary promptly solving customer concerns by investigating problems and providing recommendations to management
- ability to meet minimum goals
- probationary period of 3 months
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Qualifications:

- 1-3 years outside or inside sales experience
- ability to follow work according to standard operating procedures
- Team player
- Reliable, organized
- self-motivated, working with minimum supervision but can absorb and take instructions
- maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- advanced computer skills including a high comprehension of Microsoft Office including excel
- professional demeanor with exceptional listening and communication skills
- College/University education, or equivalent experience
- Bilingual (French, Hindi, Korean) an asset
- ability to lift 35lbs
- reliable transportation

**Salary**: Based on Experience

Three positions open for inhouse direct sales.

**Job Types**: Casual, Permanent, Part-time, Full-time

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
