We are currently seeking a Local Sales Manager to lead our established sales team in Simcoe/Norfolk County. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven sales leader who understands local business needs and thrives in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

**About the Role**

As Local Sales Manager, you’ll provide daily leadership, coaching, and support to our sales team while managing your own client portfolio. You’ll inspire a winning culture, motivate your team, and drive strategies that help local businesses grow through creative radio and digital advertising solutions.

This position is about more than selling — it’s about building relationships, supporting the success of local business owners and organizations, and elevating our stations within the community.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead, motivate, and support the Simcoe/Norfolk sales team in achieving revenue goals
- Guide day-to-day sales activity, coaching team members for growth and performance
- Manage your own account list, delivering revenue through strong client relationships
- Develop creative, customized advertising solutions for local businesses
- Present dynamic proposals in person, on the phone, and in writing
- Build community presence through networking, local events, and participation in business organizations
- Conduct prospecting, cold calling, and new-business development
- Prepare regular sales reports and ensure adherence to company sales processes
- Contribute to the evolution of sales strategy and reporting tools

- Proven success in sales, with leadership experience strongly preferred
- A skilled communicator who inspires, coaches, and leads by example
- Passionate about local business and community connection
- Ability to build strong relationships and close new business
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-through skills
- Strategic thinker with vision for growth and team development

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle
- Willingness to be highly present in the Norfolk County business community

Pay: $55,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
