**Automotive Deal Accounting Clerk**

SouthCoast Hyundai has an immediate opening available for an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our successful Dealership in Simcoe (Norfolk County), Ontario. In this key role, you will put to use your accounting experience to process New, Pre-Owned, Dealer Trades, Fleet, and Wholesale Vehicle Sales.

- **RESPONSIBILITIES**_
- Posting of all New, Pre-Owned, Dealer Trades, Fleet and Wholesale Vehicle Sales
- Payout floor planned vehicles within banking requirement deadlines
- On demand cheques issued (Lien Payouts, Dealer Trades, etc.)
- Post invoices from Manufacturer
- Monthly reconciliation of all schedules relating to deal processing, including floorplan, inventory schedules, F&I payable schedules, Vehicle receivables, etc.
- Coordinate with General Manager's Month End closes, to ensure all deals have been received and posted within the Month End cut-offs
- Work with Management Team to ensure processes are being followed through on
- **QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS**_
- Experience in a Dealership Accounting role would be considered a strong asset
- Experience working well in a deadline driven environment (able to meet tight time-lines)
- Strong aptitude for numbers and analytical skills
- The ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, with simultaneous deadlines
- Experience using CDK and 180 would be considered a strong asset
- Intermediate to Advanced level EXCEL knowledge & skill is required
- Ability to work independently
- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
