Inside Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through prospecting and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales presentations and proposals
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to management

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in inside sales or business development roles
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
- Proficient in using Microsft software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: $32,000.00-$85,557.02 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Simcoe, ON N3Y 2P8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales management: 5 years (required)
- Microsoft Excel: 4 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Work Location: In person
