**About this role**:
Working directly with the Senior Project Coordinator and Project Managers, you will be responsible for preparing project changes, issuing project documents to contractors and consulting teams, working with our clients online database/portal as well as various daily tasks to assist with the project team in general. Please note this role is an “In Office” role and note a remote/hybrid position. This is a fulltime position, 37.5hrs per week with office hours from 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday thru Friday.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Prepare project changes from contract administration team
- Working with clients online database/portal
- Preparation of deficiency reviews from contract administration team
- Various other data inputting related tasks

Qualifications:

- Diploma/Degree in Office Administration
- 2-5 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Construction experience is not required but would be considered an asset.

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour
