**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance communication.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize operational performance.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an operations management role or similar position.
- Understanding of parts and service department metrics
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements is preferred.
