Blind and Awning Installer

Location: 143 Rose Glen Rd S Port Hope

Travel Required: Yes

Position Type: Full Time

Subject Line: Window Coverings Installation Technician

Role and Responsibilities
- Install window coverings including shutters, draperies, blinds, phantom screens and awnings
- Accurately measure for custom window coverings
- Assist with deliveries of all services/ goods provided by Vosburgh’s
- Assist with Staging; managing website, renewals, orders, inventory and pick ups and deliveries

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Previous installation experience required
- Attention to detail/fine motor skills are imperative
- Understanding of imperial and metric measurements
- Ability to lift and move large and heavy products
- Physical strength (must be able to lift furniture and large custom awnings)
- Working at heights training
- Friendly customer focused demeanor
- Team player
- Time management skills
- High school diploma
- Experienced in Microsoft Office
