**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, particularly regarding quotation requests and sales orders.
- Efficiently prepare and process quotations and sales orders using NetSuite ERP.
- Diligently maintain and update the CRM database with new leads and customer interactions.
- Proactively follow up on issued quotations to drive sales conversions.
- Coordinate with the manufacturing and scheduling groups to issue firm sales orders and manage shipment logistics.
- Handle Return Material Authorizations (RMA) and other customer service-related requests.
- Adhere to all Occupational Health and Safety Regulations and Company Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.
- Manage telephone reception and routing of incoming calls with professionalism.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of progressive customer service experience within a construction environment or a combination of relevant experience and professional education.
- Minimum education: Grade twelve or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills including Internet navigation, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and experience with NetSuite ERP and CRM.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adaptability to change in a fast-paced environment.

**Additional Qualifications**:

- Experience and knowledge in reading and interpreting construction plans.
- Proven customer relations and service skills in the construction industry.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is essential.
- Experience with construction project documentation, contracts, work orders, and terminology.
- Capable of resolving issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process, from scheduling to job completion.

**Work Model**:

- Initial in-office training period; post-training, options for full-time remote or hybrid work available.
