**What You’ll Do**

We’re looking for a highly organized and motivated **Administrator/Coordinator** to be the operational backbone of our fast-moving team. You’ll work closely with our founders and clinical/product teams to keep everything running smoothly—playing a crucial role in both day-to-day operations and long-term planning.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Managing internal calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating across departments
- Assisting with onboarding of new team members, contractors, and partners
- Supporting HR functions (contracts, documentation, timesheets, team updates)
- Organizing clinical trial logistics and user testing appointments
- Preparing presentations, reports, and internal documentation
- Helping track grant deadlines, project milestones, and compliance needs
- Supporting event planning, outreach campaigns, and community engagement
- Wearing many hats as needed—we’re a startup

**Who You Are**

You thrive in dynamic environments, love building processes, and take pride in being the glue that holds a team together. You’re tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a difference.

**Must-haves**:

- 2+ years of experience in administrative, coordination, or operations roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Zoom, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Comfortable working remotely and independently with a startup mindset

**Nice-to-haves**:

- Experience in a healthcare, education, or nonprofit setting
- Familiarity with Canadian privacy/compliance frameworks (PHIPA/PIPEDA)
- Bilingual (English & Mandarin or French)
- Experience supporting mission-driven or early-stage organizations
