Our clinic is very patient forward and that all starts at the front door. You will be the first impression of our clinic which is incredibly important. Our clinic is a place of laughter and learning. We are in need of more people who will fit that.
This job requires someone who is organized, a problem solver, takes initiative, and has strong communication skills.
Your duties will include:
- welcoming every person that walks through the door
- scheduling/ booking for multiple practitioners
- taking payments
- direct billing to insurers for patients
- staying ahead and on top of all ICBC and WorkSafe claims
- cleaning treatment rooms between appointments
- cleaning the clinic on a more than normal basis (sweeping, mopping, disinfecting)
- inventory
- ordering products
- laundry
For this position we require you:
- have minimum 2 years customer service experience
- be computer literate
- Bonus* have administration experience (not required if it's the right fit)
- be a fast learner/ eager to learn
- be compassionate and friendly
**Job Types**: Part-time
**Salary**: From $18.50 per hour
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
