**The Opportunity**
The Accounts Payable Administrator shares the responsibility for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of accounts payable, scanning of bank deposits cheques, in addition to other tasks that may be assigned as required.
- Accounts Payable
- Managing invoice processing in NetSuite including approvals, proper GL coding and validations for multiple entities.
- Vendor management including updating the system for new vendors and managing the AP mailbox.
- Arranging payments and ensuring all vendors are paid on time.
- Validate and process employee expense reports.
- Manage the mortgage payout process liaising with customer service group.
- Other task and assignments as required from time to time.
- Regulatory & Compliance
- Complete all regulatory and compliance and risk management training.
- Comply with requirements as set by the Compliance function and external regulatory bodies.
- Act in accordance with the company’s Board-approved risk appetite and tolerance for risk.
- Confidentiality
- Maintain employee and customer confidentiality per the Employee Handbook in all instances.

**What you can bring to RFA**:

- Minimum three years processing full cycle accounts payable.
- Two years general corporate accounting experience
