**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and support legacy ecommerce and other related systems, such as, campaign system, scheduling system
- Independently manage projects and deliverables, including process improvement initiatives, problem identification and resolution.
- Lead the development of enhancements/new systems/tools for end-to-end functionality, from reviewing the business requirements to developing technical requirements, design workflows and procedures, overseeing the design review and development milestones, infrastructure, integrations, QA testing (functional and non-functional), load testing, Performance testing, support UAT Testing and deployment to ensure the solution meets/or exceed the needs of the business.
- Troubleshoot, research and analyze issues/concerns for the assigned systems.
- Identify and escalate potential concerns related to project initiatives and recommend viable solutions.
- Analyze systems and platform performance data.
- Research/Evaluate vendors and tools as needed for the projects.
- Establish and track metrics related to key performance objectives and service levels.
- Understand data model and integrations for ecommerce and CRM to support reporting.
- Mentor junior analysts and oversee their performance.
- Present demos of new system and/or functionality.
- Develop/Maintain Process and Systems documentation.
- Assumes additional duties and projects as requested or assigned.

**Skills**
- More than three years work experience as a Technical Solution Analyst or equivalent role.
- Proven experience with ecommerce system, such as, Magento, WooCommerce, Shopware etc.
- Experience in CRM system
- Two years’ experience in Project Management
- Knowledge of HTML, PHP, SQL, MySQL
- Knowledge of Automated testing tools
- Experience with APIs and Web Services
- Experience with XML, JavaScript, HTML, WordPress
- Knowledge of version control software, such as Git
- Experience with UI/UX tools
- Experience with MS Office, MS PowerPoint, Visio or related tool
- Availability to support on weekends if needed
- Ability to work with deadlines and self-organization
- Must be able to work effectively as a team member or independently.
