As a growing company, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team and help us expand our operations.

**Job Description**:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing and manage project cycles from prototype to trial run to production, ensuring timely delivery as per customer's request

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage project cycles from prototype to trial run to production, ensuring timely delivery as per customer's request.
- Purchase materials and place orders with suppliers to ensure an adequate supply of raw materials for production.
- Process customer orders, generate packing slips, send customer invoices, and follow up on payments.
- Facilitate logistics, including coordinating shipments with logistics partners and tracking delivery schedules.
- Maintain a good relationship with suppliers and customers, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing complaints.
- Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and develop business plans to expand the company's operations.
- Potentially establish a manufacturing facility in Ontario, including identifying suitable locations, recruiting employees, and developing training programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry associations.
- Work with the senior management team to develop and execute the company's growth strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, project management, logistics, and supply chain management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.
- Proficient working language for Mandarin is an asset
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel out of country

**Salary**: $72,000.00-$84,000.00 per year
