- Hiring, terminating and coaching

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Ability to work on your feet for long periods of time
- Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be team oriented and lead by example
- Full online and hands on training provided for Management development
- Strong Leadership skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service
- Must have a minimum of 2 years in management role
