**Position Overview**
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this position is the face of Tanger Outlets Cookstown and is responsible for providing a compelling shopping experience for our customers. The Customer Service Representative is service driven and sales motivated; and works well in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Build relationships with customers and retailers as a Tanger Ambassador
- Management and sale of TangerClub Memberships and gift cards
- Open and close Shopper Services
- Respond to customer and retailer inquiries
- Management of lost and found
- Management of wheelchair and stroller loans
- Work cohesively with our CSR and management teams to position Tanger Outlets as a primary shopping destination
- Assist with event logistics
- Other projects and duties as required

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a sales and customer service environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Previous experience operating a cash register computer system

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
