We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled **Head Spa Attendant** (Head Spa Service Provider) to join our team and elevate the experience for each of our guests.

**Position Overview**:As a Head Spa Attendant, you will be an essential part of our spa team, providing high-quality services and ensuring that each guest has an unforgettable and relaxing experience. You will be responsible for offering a range of head and scalp treatments, delivering exceptional service, and maintaining the peaceful ambiance that Bella Vida is known for.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert head, scalp, and hair treatments that include head, chest, neck, and shoulder massages, scalp exfoliation, and hair treatments. Full training is provided. No experience necessary.
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Customize treatments based on individual guest needs and preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and ready for use.
- Maintain a calm, relaxing, and welcoming environment for guests.
- Handle guest concerns and provide solutions with care and professionalism.
- Ensure a high standard of hygiene and safety throughout all treatments.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience at a spa or salon is not required but would be a bonus.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Passionate about wellness, relaxation, and providing guests with the best possible experience.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: $17.20-$27.20 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
