The Operations Analyst will work on projects supporting the Operations team within the confines of a large distribution centre.

**Responsibilities**:

- Co-lead analysis and business case development of automated warehousing projects
- Produce case studies on various potential solutions
- Document potential growth risks and scalability
- Present and defend findings to the Sr. Director of Operations
- Create processes and methods to improve best practice throughout the supply chain
- Oversee inventory procedures, including managing and reducing inventory shrink
- Track KPIs and report on supply chain’s performance and vulnerability
- Other Operations Support duties as assigned

Qualifications:
**You Must Have**:

- Post-secondary education, preferably in business or operations
- Ability to manage tight monthly deadlines and deliver high quality work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - the ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Ability to gather and analyze information proficiently and develop alternate solutions
- Strong communication and business partnering skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with ERP Systems
