The Branch Operations Inventory Analyst will support the growth of the branch network with their inventory investment by establishing ideal inventory levels and placement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and determine ideal inventory quantities for new branch locations.
- Establish and maintain inventory placement planograms for product slotting within a new branch location.
- Support existing branch location with product placement optimization.
- Purchase and coordinate the delivery of inventory to new branch locations for their initial product load-in.
- Support branch locations with inventory reports.
- Additional duties as required by the business.

Qualifications:
**You Must Have**:

- Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum two (2) years' of previous retail experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience building and interpreting data reports
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills - identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gather and propose best solutions through analytical thinking
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and good time management skills
- Ability to develop a strong rapport with coworkers
- Ability to travel to locations throughout Ontario (Approx. 25% of the time)

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with WMS or SQL database
- Experience with Cognos reporting system
- Experience with AutoCAD
