Wyse Meter Solutions Inc. provides turnkey submetering and utility expense management services to property managers, building owners and developers across Canada. Wyse is unique in its ability to provide energy consumption transparency and accountability to its customers.

The Meter Operations Analyst is responsible for timely, responsive, and proactive delivery of data mapping of all submetering projects to maintain accurate monthly billing. This will involve working with project managers, external contractors, IT personnel and billing counterparts involved in the process.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage meter mapping for all submetering projects and liaise with project managers, contractors and other counterparts as required
- Ensures safety and regulatory compliance in all related aspects including strong documentation control
- Coordinate setup, transfer, meter configurations, testing, and documentation of new and transferred submetered properties
- Provide technical support and development of reports; sometimes also requiring data interpretation
- Ensure proper record keeping, processes and validations are in place to manage projects efficiently and effectively within expected timelines
- Collaborate on process improvements and projects to support department and corporate objectives as required
- Other relevant duties will be assigned as required

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role in the utility, submetering or construction industry
- College diploma or university degree in business or data management or related field
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude with understanding of Measurement Canada, Ontario Energy Board and Electrical Safety Authority regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well with others in a team setting
