Our sister brand, Mkt, is an independent design house creating pieces for a modern, edited home. We have three large showrooms within Toronto's Design District. In the Elte Showroom, you'll find Rugs and Carpeting, Furniture, Lighting, Mattresses, Linens, and Home Décor.
**Who we are looking for**
We are looking for a **Sales Operations Supervisor** to join our dynamic showroom team. Reporting to the Sales Leader, this role plays a key role in supporting sales efforts, driving operational efficiency, and delivering a seamless customer experience. This customer-facing role requires a resourceful, detail-oriented individual passionate about problem-solving and collaboration.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Customer Escalations**:
- Investigate customer issues and interact directly with clients to resolve concerns
- Develop thoughtful and timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
**Showroom Support**:
- Ensure all customers are welcomed and approached promptly upon entering the showroom
- Coordinate showroom price changes (vendor increases, promotions, and sale periods)
- Assist with planning and executing showroom events
- Report and manage showroom damages in collaboration with the claims team
- Maintain showroom organization and appearance
- Support opening and closing showroom and during events
**Administrative Support**:
- Manage internal system related tasks including:
- Assist Sales Director with tasks in Salesforce
- Reassigning orders
- Adjusting inventory statuses and reconciling inventory as well as annual inventory prep
- Releasing holds for customer charge accounts
- Follow up on daily accounting and operational issues
- Approve and monitor sample requests by Sales Associates
- Monitor and manage open customer orders
- Assist with onboarding and training new hires
- Support company culture and engagement initiatives

**Key Requirements**:
- 3+ years of success in an administrative client facing role
- Experience in a support role in a luxury showroom environment is an asset
