**Junior IT Support Specialist**

Little Canada is a vast, highly detailed and animated journey through Canada in miniature. This permanent attraction opened in summer 2021 in the heart of downtown Toronto, in a 50,000 square foot facility. Our goal is to be a top 10 attraction in Toronto, with anticipated attendance of over 500,000/year.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Provide tier 1 end-user support (onsite only).
- Setup onboarding staff (Office 365, SharePoint, etc.).
- PC/Mac hardware and peripheral setup, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot webstore’s connection error and rejected custom orders.
- Manage hardware and software inventory.

**What you possess**:

- Experience in an IT role with customer service experience.
- Proficient with Windows 10, Windows Server 2019, MacOS, Microsoft Office 365, Azure Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Barracuda Network, etc.
- Knowledge of network environments, firewall, switches, patch panels, WAP, VoIP, VPN, Wi-Fi and other network communication equipment.
- Knowledge of Cisco Meraki and Scale Computing Systems.

**A bonus if you have**:

- Previous Indoor/Outdoor Attractions experience.
- Proven years of work experience in IT and POS systems.

**Working Conditions**

This role will work on a hybrid schedule between 3-4 days from the site, this may include extended workday and weekend work.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON M5B 2G9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- IT support: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CompTIA A+ (preferred)
