**Job Title**: Application Support Specialist - Junior

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support middleware environments (WebSphere, Liberty, DataPower).
- Handle incident intake, triage, service request fulfillment, and change requests.
- Perform configuration management, reporting, and data analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
- Provide support for cloud-based and containerized solutions (OpenShift, Kubernetes, Ansible).

**Must-Have Skills**:

- IBM WebSphere Application Server (NDM, Liberty).
- Deployment Automation (Urban Code Deploy, Urban Code Velocity).
- Middleware monitoring tools (ITCAM, Dynatrace).
- Cloud technologies: OpenShift, Kubernetes, Ansible.
- ITIL Incident & Change Management.
- Experience with Remedy/eSMT or similar service management tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills (PowerBI, MS Office).

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with Solaris, RHEL, Ceph storage, Jenkins, Secure Transport, IBM MQ, ACE, Informatica.
- Prior public sector experience (OPS/BPS).

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $10.92-$32.52 per hour

Expected hours: 7.25 per week
