**Description**

**Operational tasks include**:

- Incident intake and triage
- Service request fulfillment
- Change request assessment and implementation
- General reporting and data analysis

**Skill set**:

- IBM WebSphere Application Server (NDM and Liberty)
- IBM DataPower
- Deployment automation tools (Urban Code Deploy and Urban Code Velocity)
- Middleware monitoring tools (e.g., ITCAM, Dynatrace)
- Cloud technologies (OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Ansible)
- Experience with the ITIL Incident Management process
- Experience with the ITIL Change Management process
- Experience with Remedy/eSMT or other service management tools
- Experience with reporting tools and data visualization (e.g., Power BI)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with the standard MS Office suite
- Demonstrated initiative and responsiveness

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
