**Position**: Social Media Content Creator

The social media content creator would possess a robust background in digital marketing, public relations, and the creation of short-form content that resonates with the diverse audience of INC Brands. Your role will involve developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy, initiating creative projects that connect with our audience, and cultivating deeper relationships. You will also be responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications with industry professionals, influencers, and media, fostering and maintaining valuable connections within the professional landscape.

**Job Functions**:

- Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media plan.
- Producing entertaining and engaging social media content.
- Monitoring user engagement and suggesting content optimization.
- Communicating with industry professionals and influencers via social media.
- Recruiting, vetting, and onboarding all social media influencers including outbound and inbound prospects via social media.
- Participating in or organizing events, photoshoots, promotional activities, presentations, or ceremonies on behalf of Canada Weather Gear as assigned.
- Providing a detailed report of social media performance analytics.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Diploma/Certificate/Bachelor’s degree in marketing, social media, e-marketing, advertisement, communications or a similar area of study or relevant years of experience in the field.
- Experience and knowledge with diverse social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
- Very observant and are detail oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarized with Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and other related tools.
- Strong understanding of the latest trends in social media and media advertising.
- Proficiency in utilizing social media for relationship building and community engagement.
- Analytical, flexible and creative thinker with a proactive approach for new ideas and strategies.
- Experience or familiarity with content creation, copywriting or similar article writing.
- Familiarized with design & editing tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.
- Working knowledge of organization & collaboration tools: Hootsuite, Later, Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, etc.
- Skills in videography and photography and willingness to be on camera if needed.

**Salary: 40,000-45,000**

**Schedule**:

- 40 hours per week/8 hours work day -Monday to Friday **in office**.
- Holidays and Weekends (occasionally)
- Should be available for overtime hours if required
