**Salary**:
$45,000 - $50,000 per year

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost customer loyalty across various platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Create compelling and visually appealing content, including graphics, photos, videos, and written posts, that aligns with Scotty Bons brand identity and values.
- Manage all social media channels, monitor comments and messages, and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to continuously improve Scotty Bon's social media presence and performance.
- Analyze key performance metrics regularly to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts and use data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
- Plan and execute creative social media contests, giveaways, and partnerships to engage the community and drive user-generated content.
- Monitor competitors' social media activities and identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
- Engage with industry influencers, blogger and activate them for internal marketing campaigns while creating cross sharing opportunities across all platforms.
- Stay informed about industry trends, developments, and changes to recommend new strategies and tactics that keep Scotty Bons ahead in the market.
- Produce content including script, filming, production and casting in order to execute unique and engaging videos.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Proven work experience as a Social Media Content Creator or in a similar role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.

Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute engaging social media campaigns.

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

A passion for the food industry and a strong loyalty for the Scotty Bons brand.

Knowledge of graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus.
