** The Opportunity**

** Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors
- Coordinate incoming/outgoing courier deliveries and scheduling of in-house messenger services
- Prepare and organize documents for filing at court registries and online platforms
- Maintain accurate case updates, and assist with basic billing tasks, and creating new files to be processed in our database.
- Support interdepartmental workflow by tracking the movement of documents and requests
- General administrative support, supply purchasing and monitor equipment maintenance
- Perform various other duties as assigned

** Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoys walking and is comfortable traveling on foot or by Sky Train between nearby offices and court registries
- Valid BC Driver’s License is an asset, but not required.

** Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- This is an **in-office** position based in **Downtown Vancouver**

** Compensation & Benefits**
- Starting salary**:$3,575 to $3,900/month, with first review at 6 months**
- Standard workday is 7.5 hours, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (in-person)
- Paid sick time after 90 days
- Full extended health and dental benefits after 6 months, including a Health Care Spending Account
- Two weeks vacation after Year 1 (with time off allowed in the first year); three weeks after Year 2
- Three weeks vacation starting in the second year
