**Overview**
West Coast Title Search Ltd. is a trusted Registry Services provider to lawyers and law firms, with a proud history dating back to 1969. With offices in Vancouver, New Westminster, and Victoria, and a team of over 60 professionals, we are dedicated to delivering accurate, timely, and professional services to our clients across British Columbia.

**Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors
- Coordinate incoming/outgoing courier deliveries and in house messenger services to ensure legal documents get to the correct office location/department and client
- Prepare and organize documents for filing at court registries and online platforms
- Maintain accurate case updates and assist with basic billing tasks
- Support interdepartmental workflow by tracking the movement of documents and requests
- general administrative support, supply purchasing and monitor equipment maintenance
- Perform various other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoys walking and is comfortable traveling on foot between nearby offices and court registries
- Valid BC Driver’s License is an asset, but not required

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
