We are on the hunt for an experienced line cook to join our talented team and help prepare meals according to our high standard.

Responsibilities and Duties
*

- Cooking food items to high degree of consistency and quality
- Cleaning all dishes, work stations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Washing, chopping, shredding, and grating ingredients for subsequent use by the chef.
- Sweeping and mopping floors, as required.
- Assisting with the unloading of deliveries.
- Assisting with the monitoring of inventory.
- Reporting all damaged or faulty equipment to the general manager
- Cleaning trash cans and disposing of refuse on a regular basis.
- Ensure the preparation station and the kitchen is set up and stocked.
- Make sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards.

**Qualifications**:

- At Least 1-3 years experience cooking on a line
- Thorough knowledge of food safety procedures.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work weekends, and on public holidays, as needed.

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
