**Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team at The Grill on location of Bush's Marina. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests while working in a dynamic kitchen environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in meal preparation and ensure all food is handled safely and hygienically.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Participate and contribute creative ideas for new dishes.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook in a restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Passion for cooking and creating memorable dining experiences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6-9 months

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
