**PASAJ** is looking for a Floor Manager for its iconic _**BRUNCH SERVICE**_

We are a busy Restaurant located in the heart of Leslieville, serving a fusion menu that combines North American classics with Turkish cuisine. We pride ourselves in providing an elevated Dining Experience by making everything from scratch. We serve a menu with staples, as well as seasonal dishes.

At Pasaj, we believe in experiences. Our aim is to provide the BEST experience for our guests. Our TEAM utilizes food, aesthetics and decor to create a Travel Moment for our customers.

We are looking for a **LEADER** who;
- can mentor, inspire and motivate staff
- is committed to professionalism and delivering the highest quality service
- is a supportive leader ready to guide the team in skills development, exceptional performance and financial goals
- is reliable and motivated with a passion for food, hospitality and customer service
- is able to prioritize and stay organized in a high-paced environment
- currently holds a Valid Food Safety Certification and Smart Serve Certificate, or willingness to obtain the said certifications.
- is detail oriented
- has at least 5 years experience in Restaurant FOH Management
- has a diploma in Culinary Management, (it is preferred)
- has Bartending experience(it is a plus)

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including customer service, food quality, and staff management
- Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability
- Interview, hire, and train new staff members
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
