**Floor Manager - Fine Dining | George Restaurant, Toronto**

**George Restaurant**, one of **Canada’s top fine dining establishments**, is currently seeking a **Floor Manager** to join our leadership team. Renowned for our award-winning cuisine, exceptional service, and elegant atmosphere, George has been recognized by _Toronto Life_, and the _Michelin Guide for 4 consecutive years_.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of an elite, long-standing team of professionals who are passionate about hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the dining room with an eye for detail and professionalism
- Manage and upkeep Secrette - The speakeasy bar associated with the restaurant
- Expedite and oversee private dining events, ensuring seamless execution
- Deliver knowledgeable, refined service in line with George’s high standards
- Support daily operations and service leadership alongside the General Manager
- Participate in staff training and maintain a culture of excellence

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a **fine dining setting**, with a focus on **delivering exceptional and personalized service.**:

- Strong interest in food and wine; **formal wine training** (e.g., WSET, CMS) is an asset
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with exceptional attention to detail
- **Bar management knowledge** is a strong asset
- Flexible availability — **days, evenings, weekends, and holidays** are required

Pay: $55,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Restaurant management: 2 years (preferred)
