The Order Desk is primarily responsible for processing order requests from internal and external customers, to either meet or exceed service level requirements from external customers to sales, production, inventory and the labs. **This individual should be available to work Monday to Friday.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Great customer service; strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of product knowledge both for architectural and industrial
- Excellent computer skills; working knowledge of B-track / POS system
- Understands the inventory control process
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- At least 1 year of customer service experience is a must
- Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
