We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused **Inside Sales - E-commerce Coordinator** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the ORKA Shopify store, including product listings, pricing, and inventory updates.
- Ensure seamless processing and fulfillment of orders through Shopify.
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) to vendors, liaising with them for effective inventory management.
- Manage, modify, or cancel sales orders, collaborating with warehouse staff to ensure efficient order pickups.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure smooth coordination of shipments and returns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and manage reconciliation reports for the Finance team.
- Help improve current processes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
**Requirements**:
- Inside sales experience in the electrical industry is an asset
- Strong attention to detail, coupled with outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Self-motivated and career-oriented, with the capability to work independently and take initiative.
- Bilingual English and French (an asset)
- Experience with eCommerce platforms and operations (Shopify preferred), including order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer journey and drive operational excellence.
**Minimum Experience and Qualifications**
- High school diploma (higher education preferred)
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Shopify and Microsoft Office Suite
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in e-commerce

**Description du poste**:
Nous recherchons un(e) coordinateur(trice) E-commerce orienté(e) vers le détail et le client pour rejoindre notre équipe. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de ce qui suit:
**Principales responsabilités**:
- Gérer les opérations quotidiennes de la boutique en ligne Shopify de notre site ORKA.ca, y compris les listes de produits, les prix et les mises à jour de l'inventaire.
- Assurer le traitement et l'exécution des commandes via Shopify.
- Créer et gérer les bons de commande (PO) pour les fournisseurs, en collaborant étroitement avec eux pour une gestion optimale des stocks.
- Gérer, modifier ou annuler les commandes de vente, en collaborant avec le personnel de l'entrepôt pour assurer l'efficacité de la cueillette des commandes.
- Répondre aux demandes des clients et résoudre les problèmes liés aux commandes dans les meilleurs délais.
- Assurer une coordination harmonieuse des expéditions et des retours, en veillant à la satisfaction des clients.
- Préparer et gérer les rapports de réconciliation pour l'équipe financière.
- Contribuer à l'amélioration des processus actuels afin d'accroître l'efficience et l'efficacité globales.
**Exigences**:
- Une expérience de vente interne dans l'industrie électrique est un atout.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication verbale et écrite par téléphone, par courrier électronique et par chat.
- Un grand souci du détail, associé à d'excellentes capacités d'organisation et d'exécution de tâches multiples.
