**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Inside Sales Representative in Mississauga, Ontario. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, improving customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service. Daily duties include following up on sales inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall sales strategy.

**Qualifications**
- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Proficiency in Account Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of truck parts, especially cooling systems, is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is favourable

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-08-15
