**Guelph Manufacturing Group Inc. is currently seeking a Purchasing Assistant for our Corporate Office. This is a full time job 40 hours/week working from 8:00am - 4:30pm, on site.**

1) Providing clerical support to the Purchasing department
2) Handling receipts of miscellaneous (MRO) receipts and matching of receipts and orders/invoices and for office supplies.
3) Completing data entry for orders that occur within the company.
4) Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
1) Education: University/College: Bachelor of Commerce/Business Administration
2) 2 - 5 years experience working in an office environment
3) Previous experience in using ERP systems or similar program
5) Excellent interpersonal skills working with all level of employees
6) Ability to multi - tasks and manage effectively in a fast pace and high stress environment
7) Able to work in a professional and ethical manner
8) Mathematical skills is an asset
9) Any purchasing experience is an asset
