**Responsibilities**:
These duties include, but are not limited to:

- Managing inventory levels and placing purchase orders
- Assisting sales staff with updated product pricing and product selection
- Creating reports to better manage inventory
- Negotiating price breaks with vendors
- Communicating to sales staff specials and promoting product lines
- Helping create and manage marketing metrics within product categories
- Other duties as assigned
- **Experience / Qualifications/Education**:

- Recent purchasing experience
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Positive attitude
- Excellent computer/software program skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and time sensitive environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- College diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of past purchasing experience an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: Hybrid remote in GUELPH, ON
