We are looking for a full-time Payroll Administrator to join our team. The Payroll Administrator is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of bi-weekly and weekly payrolls. This includes performing duties such as payroll account reconciliations, salary analyses, government reporting, and third-party payments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Processes bi-weekly and weekly payrolls for approximately 400 employees
- Processes all necessary year-end transactions and adjustments
- Prepares system updates to employee data to ensure accuracy
- Updates employees pay and status changes
- Prepares employment forms such as ROE, T2200, T4’s
- Answers queries from employees and management relating to payroll matters
- Collaborates with the Finance team to ensure WCB accounts are paid monthly, and garnishments are processed

**Qualifications**:

- College diploma with an accounting concentration or equivalent related experience
- 2-3 years of full cycle payroll processing experience
- Experience in a medium to large corporation and/or in a multi-company environment
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Experience processing payroll for unionized work force and interpreting contracts considered an asset
