**About Us**:
International Barrels Inc. (IBI) manufactures precision rifle barrels and bolt actions trusted by marksmen and professionals around the world. We are currently seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join our growing production team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate CNC lathes and mills to produce precision components
- Load/unload parts and perform quality checks using measuring tools
- Keep machines clean and perform basic maintenance
- Work with the team to meet production targets
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year experience operating CNC equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Skilled with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- **Must either pass a background check or possess a valid PAL (Possession and Acquisition Licence)**

**Assets (not required)**:

- Experience in the firearms or precision machining industry
- Familiarity with G-code and basic machine adjustments (no programming needed)

**Schedule & Compensation**:

- Monday to Friday, day shift
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience
- Occasional overtime available
