- Our CNC Operator Positions have a **wage range of $25-$37 per hour** based on experience and a skills assessment during the interview stage. Increases are reviewed throughout employment.

**Essential functions for this role are**:

- Review set-up sheets and drawings to complete machined parts
- Operate the water jet cutting machine
- Provide basic machine adjustments and maintenance (C.N.C programming)
- Load tools and perform set-ups for the completion of a job
- Take measurements and make adjustments to produce precision parts
- Select appropriate machines (e.g. lathes) and position or load material for a job
- Monitor machine while working to adjust the feed, maintain consistency and identify issues
- Perform routine machine maintenance and repair minor damages

**If you have the following experience, qualifications, and skills, we want to hear from you**
- Experience in set-up and operation of CNC Mill/Lathe
- Experience with HAAS Machines is an asset
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals
- Ability to use precision tools (e.g. calipers, micrometers) to take accurate measurements
- Good at math with analytical abilities
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items
- Proven ability to work well under mínimal supervision and can take directions and follow through
- Level 1 or 2 First Aid is an asset
- Strong organizational skills
