**Overview**:
We are looking for a forward-thinking **Robotics and Production Automation Manager** to join our team and lead the charge in automating and optimizing our CNC manufacturing processes. In this dual-role, you will not only be responsible for designing and implementing robotic systems but also for **leading our production team** to ensure top-quality products are delivered on time and at peak efficiency.

Your extensive experience in manufacturing, particularly within CNC operations and automation/robotic integration, will be essential in driving both **technical innovation** and **team performance** on the production floor.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, program, and implement robotic automation solutions tailored to CNC machining processes, including machine tending, material handling, and in-process inspections.
- Integrate robotic systems with CNC machines, PLCs, conveyors, vision systems, and other production equipment.
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to identify automation opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee production schedules and resource planning to meet output goals while ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
- Lead and support a high-performing production team using a **servant leadership approach**—empowering team members, fostering collaboration, and removing barriers to success.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics (uptime, cycle times, scrap rates, etc.) and implement strategies for process optimization.
- Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across the production floor.
- Train and mentor team members on automation systems, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure proper documentation of robotic programs, wiring diagrams, and integration schematics.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in robotic automation within a CNC or precision manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in programming and troubleshooting industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA) and CNC interfaces.
- Solid understanding of CNC machining processes and production workflows.
- Experience with PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens), HMIs, and industrial sensors.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing principles.
